Short version: we don't collect anything. Everything happens on your device. No server, no account, no tracking, no ads.
The app requests Photo Library permission so you can pick a source video and so the app can save the resulting clip back to your library. The selection is always initiated by you in Apple's system picker; the app cannot enumerate your library on its own.
You can revoke or change this permission at any time via Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos › EasyLive.
All video conversion (trimming, cover-frame extraction, encoding, metadata writing) runs entirely on your device using Apple's AVFoundation framework. Source files and outputs never leave your device.
EasyLive Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription processed by Apple via StoreKit. Apple handles the entire transaction; we receive only an anonymous receipt confirming your subscription is active.
We never see your name, email, payment method, or billing address. We do not run our own subscription server, and we do not have access to subscription state outside of the on-device receipt validation.
Apple's privacy policy governs the payment transaction itself: apple.com/legal/privacy.
You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time in Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions, or via the in-app menu (⋯) › Manage Subscription.
The app uses iOS UserDefaults to remember a per-month conversion counter for free-tier accounting. Your subscription state is read live from Apple's StoreKit each time the app launches; we don't cache it ourselves. All of this stays on-device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
The app is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data, there are no special provisions for children's data. There's no data to begin with.
The Support page links to this Privacy Policy and an email address. The app itself contains no links to external websites or services other than the standard "Send Feedback" email and these support pages.
Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to access, rectify, port, or erase. If you ever have questions about your rights under GDPR or the UK Data Protection Act 2018, please contact us at the address below.
If the privacy practices change in a future version, we'll update this page and the App Privacy section in the App Store. Material changes will be noted here with a new "Last updated" date.
